Nice clean trailer with a real queen bed up front, pullout bed under the couch and the table makes into a bed. The kids bedroom has a tip out and their own space with a door, two bunks and another bed that can be made into a double with the folding pads on the floor. There is a rail on one bunk to keep kiddos from rolling out.Two tip outs total. One in the main area where the table and couch are (the other in the back room). Coffee maker, cooking utensils, pots, pans, cast iron pans, bbq, outdoor kitchen with extra mini fridge, real plates & utensils. Sleeping bags & pillows for the back bedroom but real bedding up front.There is a tv, DVD player, radio with indoor/outdoor speakers. We have included a few dvd’s. The water heater works great, there is a small bathtub perfect for bathing littles. The back bedroom has foam bedding pads that can be removed for a pack and play (not provided).If you do not have a cooler, we can make arrangements. If you need any additional gear or equipment needs, please message or email and we can see what we can do to accommodate.What's includedLinens up front for the queen bed, sleeping bags & pillows for the rest. Everything has been washed in fragrance free/natural detergent for those that are sensitive. Bbq, towels, wash clothes, dish towels are also included. We also can include a generator for a fee.Trailer also has power awning, AC, LED lights, solar panels, extra mini fridge in the outdoor kitchen (that can only be run by a generator or plug in). Inside is a small fridge/freezer for food items. Coffee maker, cutting board, knives, real plates, bowls, cups & utensils along with basic organic spices to season up what you want to cook.RecommendationsTalkeetna is gorgeous, great food, beautiful town. We also love Denali National park, Soldatna, Homer, you are in Alaska, we love it all!Other things to noteNo smoking, period. (Cigarettes, vapes, marijuana, anything else you light up, it’s a no go. Any lingering smells of banned substances will incure a $500 cleaning fee). Please do not clean fish in the trailer.Pets welcome with a pet fee. If your pet has an accident please clean it up quickly.Camper must come back clean, as you receive it, with propane tanks filled and waste tanks emptied. If you want us to clean, empty and fill propane, waste tanks, we can for a fee.
