Minimum renter age of 25 Pets allowed No smoking allowed Clean the Van and empty Gray Tank, toilet Casset, remove trash and personal items before returning. Other than that, $150 clean fee will be charged. If need deep clean, the fee is $200. The van must be returned before or at the return time, other than that, it will be charged $8.5 per hour late fee. Tolls charged on RV's license plate will be deducted from security deposit. Gas tank must be refilled when returning, other than that, gas refilled by owner will be charged $5.50 per gallon. Only verified driver can drive the van, please add verified driver before the trip.
