5Haley is very friendly and spent ample time reviewing the operation of the rig ensuring all of our questions were answered. As first time RV drivers, she was patient and instructive during the driving portion, which ensured we were confident handling the large vehicle. She was flexible with us in scheduling the pick-up and drop-off, both of which went very smoothly. Great communication and extremely responsive! Highly Recommended.
