3.0The host was great. He was very gracious and tried to be sure we had everything we needed. We had to cut our trip short by two days. A king size mattress was placed on a full size bed frame. The bed was almost impossible to get in. The mattress hung over on sides about 12 inches. When trying to get OOB the mattress sides had no support and dumped me in floor. The second time I hit back and scraped it on doorframe. Decided it was to dangerous so came home 2 days early
