Kenneth was a fantastic host, he is super responsive and helpful. Upon pickup we noticed the RV had more wear than the pictures displayed. The seats and dinette material are flaking off and there are broken odds and ends. Mechanical issues came up, we were a few days into our trip and while the RV drove ok, we noticed the house of the did not have power. Kenneth quickly answered when we advised him of the issue. He and I exhausted our efforts in trying to figure it out. Outdoorsy roadside assistance via phone helped get the slide in so we could drive to a camping world for repair. Camping worlds findings: The RV had 1 house heavily corroded battery when it should have had 2, faulty wiring, and the converter was not functioning, Kenneth approved them to fix it but the repair could have taken a few days. We were 8 hours from home with 3 young kids and unable to find alternative transportation, we decided to not wait and continued on our way back home to get the RV back to Kenneth. The RV drove fine but the house area you camp in had no power. The issues put a damper on our trip and Kenneth said previous renters had issues. Would suggest making sure they are resolved before your trip.
